The goal of the games in Fruitage is to match as many neighboring fruit of the same kind as possible. Slide your finger in any direction and watch as your harvest catapults into the barrel. The more fruit collected in each run, the more points attained. Additionally, earn special items for collecting long runs. These items give you added power, such as being able to clear a whole row, adding an additional fruit to be collected in a run, and more. Boosts create an added feature to gameplay that encourage strategizing to maximize the possible points you can earn. New boosts become available as you progress through the levels. Select your boosts before starting each round and enjoy the added power.

Fruitage offers three gameplay options: Moves, Timed, and Challenge. In the Moves option, earn the best score possible in 20 moves. Race against the clock for 90 seconds in the Timed option to attain your highest score. In the Challenge option, strive to keep the screen from filling up as the fruit drop faster and faster.

For an added level of entertainment and competition, choose to log in to your Facebook account and share the fun socially. You can invite friends to play, share scores, and watch who outscores who in the games.

Please note that an acorn is needed to play each round of Fruitage. Gold Leaves act as a currency in the game. With Gold Leaves, you can purchase more acorns and extra boosts to use in a round. Gold Leaves are earned based on your score at the end of each game. Additionally there is an option to purchase extra Gold Leaves, but it is not necessary to continue playing and enjoying the game.
